Coffee Roasters
Founded in 2021, Claddagh Coffee Roasters is based in Lansing, Michigan. The owners, Michael and Kristen, are proud Irish Americans who love coffee.
Michael started roasting coffee as a hobby in his kitchen
and, after friends and family (and his then fiancée) raved about his coffee, Michael took the plunge and made it official. He’s chief roaster and Kristen draws upon her background in public relations to handle the marketing. The husband-wife team takes great honor in producing small-batch specialty coffees from around the world. In fact, each batch is roasted upon order so it arrives fresh and ready to brew in just a few days.
